Queso Fundido- Monterrey Jack melted in a cast iron skillet served with pico, guacamole, & your choice of flour or corn tortillas. Add ons- Copal Rubbed Pork Belly, Homemade Chorizo, Roasted Wild Mushrooms
Ceviche Tostada Duo- Two crisp, butterflied shrimp tostadas, each topped with a refreshing ceviche and drizzled with our signature aquachile salsas. (add an extra tostada upon request)
Elote Ribs- Whole corn cobs fire grilled and quartered. Tossed in Spicy Vegan Mayo, topped with tajin, cilantro, queso fresco and finished off with a drizzle of crema
Guacamole- Made fresh daily, toped with queso fresco and served with our homemade corn tortilla chips.
Ribeye Aguachile- 12 oz hand-cut ribeye, grilled medium-rare and served smothered in Tatemado salsa. Served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas
Trilogia De Tacos- Shareable build your own tacos. Six homemade tortillas, pico, guac, and your choice of any three of the following: Carne Asada, Grilled Shrimp, Pork Belly, Birria, ribeye (extra charge) Roasted Mushrooms, Jackfruit Birria or Jamaica.
Camarones Al Ajillo- Shrimp fire roasted in cast iron and garlic confit, with the subtle heat of crushed red pepper served with homemade tortillas
Chupate Los Dedos- Shell on shrimp, butterflied and marinated in our special spicy sauce then grilled to perfection
Pizza Norteña- Crispy fried flour tortilla with melted cheese, topped with your choice of carne asada, birria, roasted mushrooms, Jackfruit birria, or Jamaica. Finished with elote, pico de gallo, and queso fresco.
The Chapo Burger- House ground ribeye and sirloin blend double smash burger. Roasted poblano, monterey jack cheese, homemade chorizo, pickled onions and arugula with a roasted poblano aioli on a brioche bun
Enfrijoladas- Soft corn tortillas filled with creamy queso fresco & onions, smothered in a rich, velvety black bean sauce. Topped with savory crumbled chorizo and tangy pickled red onions
Pollo Al Fuego- Tender chicken thighs marinated in morita adobo and grilled over fire. served with grilled cauliflower, fresh microgreens and guacamole. Topped with crispy tortilla dust.
Steak Pa Mi- 12oz hand-cut steak of your choice, perfectly seared over a bed of our seasoned fries, then finished with a side of spicy crema. Choose: New York Strip or Ribeye
Pastel Azteca- Layers of homemade tortillas, tomatillos, rajas, cheese, and chicken then baked. (Try them Vegetarian style!)
Chicken Pa Ti- Roasted chicken thighs, grilled over fire, served in a rich cream sauce and a hint of homemade Mexican chile oil salsa
Flautas Bañadas- Four perfectly crisped chicken flautas, served on a bed of bold, smoky adobo sauce. Topped with vibrant pickled onions, fresh microgreens, and drizzled with crema.
Coliflor (Vegetarian)- Grilled cauliflower with rosemary-infused olive oil, served over a charred tortilla sauce, finished with Mexican chile oil, house spice rub, and habanero salt.
Quesabirria Tacos- Three tacos made with homemade birria with melted cheese on your choice of corn or flour tortillas. Served with a side consomé for dipping.
Chimichanga Ahogada- Fried burrito with your choice of protein: Birria, Asada, Chicken, Jackfruit Birria, Jamaica, Roasted Mushrooms with cheese smothered in our house salsa roja. Served with guacamole, pickled onion and cilantro.
